How to Set Up SSL VPN on Mac

Step 1: Install the Client

If you encounter an error saying 'System Extension Blocked,' don't worry! This is a common issue. Simply select Macintosh HD as the installation disk and continue with the installation.

Step 3: Copy Files

Inside the mac_ phat_client directory, open the naclient.pkg file. You'll be prompted to enter your administrator password to authenticate. Once authenticated, you can copy the naclient.cfg file to the root directory of your system using either the GUI or command line.

Important: Make sure the filename is correct (mac_ phat_client, not mac_ phat_client 02 or mac_ phat_client 03) and doesn't contain any spaces. This will prevent issues with the full installer location.

Step 4: Extract the Directory

Once you've copied the file, extract a directory called mac_ phat_client. Right-click on the downloaded file and select 'Open' to initiate the extraction process.

Step 5: Configure the VPN

In the Armor Management Portal (AMP), navigate to Infrastructure in the left-side navigation menu. Mark the desired data center or data centers that the user can connect to. In the drop-down menu, enter and select the name of the user or their email address.
